Terri and Rick's musical presentation for the
pre-teen set has become one of the most popular live children's
shows in Canada.
Since 1997, this husband and wife team have performed
in more than 300 schools and in concert at such venues as the
CNE, Niagara's Festival of Lights, Nathan Phillips Square, Ottawa's
National Arts Centre, and Calgary's Word on the Street Festival,
to name just a few.
The video for their song, "Hand Clap Band"
is seen regularly on the YTV show "Ants in your Pants".
Their talents have been featured on "Canada AM", Breakfast
TV, and The Sick Kids Telethon.
In a professional career that has spanned over 30
years together, they have received two JUNO nominations, the 1996
Canada Birthday Achievement Award for their song "Calling
Canada", their song "Ladybug" was a finalist in
the worldwide "John Lennon Song Contest"
Whether performed before 20 or 20,000, a Terri &
Rick concert is a memorable, fun filled experience for all children,
and those who wish they still were children!
A Terri & Rick concert supports the Ontario
Arts Curriculum as it relates to singing, rhythmic and patterned
movement and overall audience involvement. Their presentation
is truly professional, reflecting their many years of performing.
The show is a self-contained package with sound, lights and a
stage set which can be quickly assembled in any area and removed
quickly.
