When I grow up, I want to be a cowboy
Everyday I'll ride my horse across the plain
I'll ride through snow and rain
I never will complain

I'll sail the seven seas with my crew
Our sails will catch the wind
Across the oceans we will skim

Tubbles

He was sitting in the bathtub, playing with his bathtub toys
When his mother suddenly shouted, "I heard you make that noise!"
At first he said, "It wasn't me, the bathtub made a squeak,
Or maybe the dog, or the cat, or a car back firing in the street."

But somehow mother knew that little Billy was the source
He sounded like a race car zooming 'round the racing course
When mother entered the bathroom to confront him with his lie
He smiled a silly grin as the evidence started to rise

Mom and Dad were having a party, it was a very special date
Mother said to little Billy, "Go run a bath, it's getting late
So Billy gathered up his toys and went off happily
While the guests all stood around enjoying a cup of English tea

When suddenly a guest looked up and said, "Did you hear that?
I think a storm is coming, that sounded like a thunder clap!"
"Sounded more like boiling lava coming deep from underground!"
Mother's face turned several shades of red,
'cause she knew who'd made that sound

Butterfly Dance

Once upon a time and so far away
The Earth Maker watched all the children play
They ran through the flowers, they ran through the leaves
They played with the wind as it tickled the trees

When the wind asked the leaves to dance
The children joined in at the very first chance
Earth Maker saw all the smiles appear
So he thought of a way to make it last all year.

He took some flowers that were colored so bright
Some leaves and some dirt that was black as night
A gust of wind and a beam from the sun
Shook them all in a bag then his work was done

When he opened the bag, with great delight
The children were amazed at the beautiful sight
They are butterflies and their dance will begin
To the songbirds tune and the will of the wind

So the butterflies dance going up and down
In every way, not making a sound
Earth Maker smiles as the play, with his butterflies….
